March 2023, SAW hosted a tier 3 Weightlifting competition and an inclusive Powerlifting event, incorporating athletes from around Pembrokeshire and Special Olympic Powerlifters from around the UK. The Powerlifting section of the competition was registered as a Special Olympic GB event, in preparation for the World Games, Berlin.
