Access to the Strength Zone and the equipment within this area during all opening hours. Ideal for those who prefer to train independently.
Full Access
Access to both the Group Training Zone and Strength Zone, including coached sessions. Ideal for those looking to progress, stay motivated, and be part of the SAW community.
*During busy group coaching sessions (for example – Age Well and Parkinson’s Strength), the Group Training Zone is prioritised for these sessions.
*Ladies Strength sessions are delivered in a women-only training environment, with the Group Training Zone reserved for these sessions.
New to the gym?
An induction is required to use the Open Gym. These can be booked free of charge via the Pembrokeshire Leisure app on Tuesdays at 3:30pm or 8:00pm.

Understanding Your First Payment (Direct Debit Membership)
When you sign up for a Direct Debit membership, your first payment is taken by card. This amount may be slightly lower or higher than the standard monthly membership, depending on when you join.
If you join before the 16th of the month:
Your first payment will be lower than the monthly membership. This covers the remaining days of the current month, and your Direct Debit will begin the following month.
If you join on or after the 16th of the month:
Your first payment will be higher than the monthly membership. This covers the remainder of the current month plus the following month, with your Direct Debit starting the month after.
