Six week Introduction to Youth Weightlifting, with Lotty Whalley Level two British Weightlifitng Coach.

With Lotty’s added experience from competing and being a member of the Welsh and British Weightlifting squads, this is a fantastic opportunity for secondary age pupils to learn a new sport and to develop their strength.

A Youth Weightlifitng class, free for six weeks, with focus on safe lifting technique, mobility, strength development and conditioning.

Sessions that build personal confidence and proficiency in Olympic Weightlifting.

Training sessions will begin on Saturday 2nd October at 9am.
