New members are welcome and if you are interested in joining in, then our professional coaches have the experience to modify sessions to suit your ability and provide plenty of good quality coaching.

We are actively looking for new members to join this very successful training group.

Our over 40’s Strength and conditioning sessions take place on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 7pm
