Dan Davies, u13 weightlifter has been making some great progress in training, after recently competing in Austria for Wales, he competed in his first British National championships. Held in the Richo arena, Coventry July 2018.
At this age group, athletes are judged on their technique. Dan lifted 6 good lifts all with high marks for technical execution
Dan is now a British Champion!!
