Sports Conditioning

We offer coaching for Sports people to develop different components of fitness especially strength, speed, power, muscular endurance, mobility and core stability.

We coach a variety of sports people to cope with the physicality of modern sport.

Some of our current members compete in the following sports – IronMan, Marathon, Tri-athlthon, Athletics, Rugby, Football, Swimming, Rowing, Sailing, Netball and Hockey.
