We are extremely grateful to our members for their continued support, with donations to our local giving page and also to Sport Wales in receiving their emergency relief fund, aiding our not for profit club to stay sustainable until the Summer months. Our volunteers are working hard in the background to ensure that we can remain an important part to the local community in the future.

Thank you very much. Your support means the world to us.

We are different to commercial gyms and are able offer an extremely diverse programme for the local community, inclusive of individuals ranging from 11 to over 85 years of age. Some programmes have been linked our very affordable club membership and other programmes are at no cost.

Age Well Plan – for senior citizens to develop health, wellbeing & social interaction.

Special Olympic Powerlifting.

Various fitness classes for various age groups.

Disability fitness and Para Powerlifting.

Activities for Haverfordwest High VC wellbeing curriculum.

General fitness training and wellbeing.

Outreach activities linked to our referral programmes.

Organising and hosting local and national events.

Taster / introductory activities for other community groups & 3rd sector organisations.

Social events.

Volunteer / coach & Technical Official programmes with free access to accreditations, coaching awards and mentoring.

In addition to this work we also have a few new projects being planned in collaboration with Sport Pembrokeshire, one of which is an intergenerational project based on our successful Age Well Plan to further reach out into the wider community.
