Disability Powerlifting

There are opportunities to take part in Para Powerlifting at our Academy. Either recreationally for health, fitness and well-being or competitively within the Weightlifting Wales and GB framework. Please contact Simon Roach for more information at info@strengthacademy.wales or 07913945501.

There are also opportunities for all members to become involved with coaching, officiating and other volunteer roles. SAW has inplace a development programme to educate and qualify members in these roles and to support their development.
