In July 2016, SAW lifters were invited to compete in the Gemau Cymru, an U17’s National multi sport event held in Cardiff. All six Weightlifting academies throughout Wales competed against each other in a team event, with Sinclair points from each team added to make team totals.The SAW lifters competed extremely well and supported each other to gain 1st team place. Jack Thomas also achieve ‘Best male lifter’
