Lifting Fundamentals – Monday evening 7.30pm

A session to up-skill and learn new lifting exercises. All welcome especially those who are new to lifting weights.

Strength & Fitness Class – Tuesday and Thursday morning 6am      

Compound lifts followed by HIIT session.                                                       

Female Fitness class – Tuesday evening 7.30pm

Variety of workouts in small groups or pairs. Combination of circuit, kettlebell, strength and body weight workouts, using a variety of equipment. This class is high impact.

Strength training for the over 40’s – Wednesday evening 7.30pm

A session to develop overall strength and mobility. Low impact strength training. All abilities welcome and all ages over 40.

Female Strength class – Thursday evening 7.30pm  

A variety of strength training exercises, functional movements targeting all muscle groups, toning and developing strength and athleticism.                                                                                    

Junior sessions – Weekdays 3.30 – 5pm and Saturday morning 9.30 – 10.30am

Inclusive sessions developing mobility, technique, strength, conditioning exercises to improve joint stability, conditioning exercises to balance strength between left and right, core strength, balance and coordination. Juniors learn training discipline, how to support and encourage others and learn basic coaching skills.
