James Hart and Louis Thomas competed in the British U17 Championships. Both competing a year under age and performing with outstanding commitment. Louis lifted personal bests and gained 5th place in the 69kg class. James competed in the 85kg category and won Gold.
All four athletes are now back training for their next competition to be held 1st July the Gemau Cymru, an Urdd multi sport event held in Cardiff.
